I have always been a gym go-getter and ate pretty clean most of my adult life. I received my Personal Training and Nutrition Certification in 2013. I loved making a difference in people’s lives. I love hearing their “feel good” stories and wanting to grow personally in their health and relationships that were suffering. In 2018, I started not feeling well. I gained a ton of weight (40-50 lbs) for really no reason. I started kind of feeling depressed which was not in my character at all. 

I have always viewed myself as somewhat of a strong, get things done kind of person. I continued Personal Training and also taught group fitness. I still felt burned out and miserable. Plus, at this point, I started feeling like my personal training clients were not benefiting from just personal training. I was also hearing them complain of tiredness and feeling depressed about life. I kept thinking to myself, “ok, what am I missing here”. Why is exercising supposed to be the “free therapy” but we are all tired and depressed and need several days to heal from their workouts. I still wanted to know what was missing.

In 2021, I found Dr. Cabral on a podcast, and immediately became intrigued. I probably listened at that point to 5 podcasts a day. It was like a light bulb went off. My body is full of toxins, chemicals, parasites, bacteria, inflammation, and probably allergic to half the food I was eating. I didn’t really dive into starting my journey until late 2021. In January 2022, I signed up for IHP. I just really wanted to have more knowledge on how to heal myself. After about the 3rd lesson, I decided I wanted to share all of this knowledge and heal others. I had so much information I just wanted to get out there. I also work as a Child and Adult Protection Worker, and I see everyday how medicated and broken our society is, especially in the last 2 years.

Our body goes through so much trauma day to day. Any time our Sympathetic Nervous System is on alert, our body is receiving trauma. I help women/men to reset their body and mind through rebalancing their nervous system. This ties to the body as a whole which starts in the digestive system. Together, we will make a Wellness Plan that is customized for your life and needs.

My dedication to you is to dive deep into root causes and dig until we find answers. No one will go without knowing why they are sick. I look forward to meeting you and taking this journey with you.
